Disclosure statement.

Last Updated January 15, 2026

Dash Credit is committed to clear, transparent lending. This Disclosure summarizes the loan products, costs, consumer rights, and regulatory notices that apply when you apply for or accept a loan with us.

01.

About Dash Credit.

Dash Credit is an online consumer lender offering short-term installment loans and payday loan alternatives to qualifying U.S. borrowers. We operate in accordance with all applicable federal and state lending laws. Loans are originated and serviced electronically through dashcreditapp.com.

Dash Credit is a trademark of Dash Credit. Our state licenses, where required, are disclosed during the application process and on each Loan Agreement.

02.

Loan products & APR.

Dash Credit offers two principal product categories:

Installment Loans

Repaid in scheduled installments over three to twelve months, depending on amount and state. Loan amounts range from $500 to $5,000. APRs typically range from 99% to 199%, with exact rate determined by your credit profile, loan amount, term, and state of residence.

Payday Loan Alternatives

Short-term loans repaid in a single payment, generally due within 14 to 30 days. Loan amounts range from $200 to $1,000. These products carry the highest APRs in our portfolio and are intended only for genuine short-term liquidity needs.

Important. Short-term loans are an expensive form of credit and are not intended as a long-term financial solution. Before borrowing, consider all alternatives — including bank loans, credit unions, family loans, employer advances, and credit counseling services. Your exact APR, finance charges, total of payments, and payment schedule will be clearly disclosed on the Truth in Lending Disclosure provided with every loan offer before you sign.

03.

State-specific information.

Loan availability, maximum amounts, rates, fees, and term lengths vary significantly by state. Some states impose rate caps that prevent us from offering loans there. Dash Credit currently does not extend loans to residents of New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, West Virginia, or certain other restricted jurisdictions.

Where required, state-specific disclosures, license numbers, and consumer protection notices are provided during the application process and within your Loan Agreement.

04.

Credit reporting.

When you apply, Dash Credit performs a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If your loan is approved and funded, we may report your account information — including loan balance, payment history, and account status — to one or more consumer reporting agencies on a periodic basis.

Late or missed payments may be reported and may negatively affect your credit score. On-time repayment, conversely, may contribute positively to your credit profile.

If you believe any information we have reported is inaccurate, you may dispute it directly with the relevant credit reporting agency or contact us at [email protected].

05.

Military Lending Act notice.

Federal law provides important protections to active-duty members of the Armed Forces and their dependents under the Military Lending Act. To ensure compliance, Dash Credit does not extend consumer credit to "covered borrowers" as defined by 32 C.F.R. §232, which includes active-duty service members and their dependents.

If you are a covered borrower, you may be entitled to specific protections including a 36% annual percentage rate cap on consumer credit, restrictions on mandatory arbitration, and additional disclosure requirements. We do not currently service this population.

06.

Right to cancel.

Depending on your state of residence and loan product, you may have the right to cancel or rescind your loan without penalty within a specified period after disbursement — typically by the end of the next business day, by returning the principal amount.

Your specific right-to-cancel terms, including the deadline and procedure, are detailed in your Loan Agreement. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the disclosed deadline.

07.

Privacy summary.

Dash Credit collects personal and financial information necessary to evaluate, fund, and service your loan. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers, credit reporting agencies, regulators, and other parties as detailed in our full Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details and instructions.

08.

Equal Credit Opportunity.

Dash Credit complies fully with the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and applicable state credit anti-discrimination laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the legal capacity to contract), receipt of public assistance, or the good-faith exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

If your application is denied, you will receive a written notice of adverse action explaining the principal reasons, your right to request the credit score used in the decision, and the contact details of the consumer reporting agency that supplied any information used.

The federal agency that administers Dash Credit's compliance with ECOA is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, 1700 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20552.

09.

Complaints & regulators.

If you have a concern or complaint about your loan, your account, or any other aspect of our service, please first contact our Member Care team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov/complaint or your state attorney general or financial regulator.

10.

Marketing disclosures.

All advertisements and marketing materials produced by Dash Credit — including representative loan amounts, APRs, and funding times — are illustrative and may not reflect the specific terms of an individual loan offer. Your actual offer depends on a number of factors including income, credit history, banking information, and state of residence.

Same-Day Funding. Same-day funding is available on business days when pre-approval, eSignature of the loan agreement, and completion of any required confirmation call occur by 11:45 a.m. Eastern Time, and the borrower elects ACH as the disbursement method. Funds availability is subject to your bank's processing times.
